Family life seems almost perfect for Charlie (Jack Reynor) and his wife (Laia Costa): not only do they have a son (Shylo Molina) and a young daughter named Katie (Emily Mitchell), but his wife is also pregnant again, expecting their third child. But then, dark forces strike, and Katie vanishes without a trace after being cursed by a mysterious woman. And there comes a time when the family, though they may not necessarily accept it, must look forward. However, eight years later, the past catches up with the family once more. At that moment, a plane crash occurs. On board is a sarcophagus that opens upon impact, and out of it emerges Katie (now played by Natalie Graces), who had disappeared eight years earlier.
